Terms & Conditions
Minimum Stay applies
3 night minimum stay in low and mid seasons and 5 night minimum in high season
Long Stay Rates available for stays greater than 14 nights. Rates on request
A deposit of $200 per room must be received immediately to confirm the booking, a $500 deposit for all Sub – Penthouse bookings, and peak season bookings.
All apartments are self contained and include weekly service if you stay 8 nights or more.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policies do apply.
All specific room requests are subject to room availability.

1 bedroom apartment = 3
2 bedroom apartment = 5
3 bedroom apartment = 6
Bedding for the extra person will be a sofa bed or roll-away.
Extra person charge will be $40 per night, per room
Selected
apartments have the option to convert the bedding.
For a specific bedding configuration request please advise at time of booking. If the request is possible it will incur a $15.00 conversion fee.
