Minimum Stay applies
3 night minimum stay in low and mid seasons and 5 night minimum in high season
Long Stay Rates available for stays greater than 14 nights. Rates on request
Maximum Allowed Occupancy
1 bedroom apartment = 3
2 bedroom apartment = 5
3 bedroom apartment = 6
Bedding for the extra person will be a sofa bed or roll-away.
Extra person charge will be $35 per night, per room
Selected apartments have the option to convert the bedding.
For a specific bedding configuration request please advise at time of booking. If the request is possible it will incur a $15.00 conversion fee.

Cancellation Policy
Low Season
- No cancellation Fee if booking cancelled 15 days prior to arrival
- 2 Night cancellation Fee if booking cancelled or amended 14 – 7 days prior to arrival
- No refund if cancelled or amended 6 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show.
Mid & High Season
- No cancellation Fee if booking cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
- 2 Night cancellation Fee if booking cancelled or amended 29 – 14 days prior to arrival
- No refund if cancelled or amended 13 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show.
